On behalf of the staff and pupils at Meadow Farm, I would like to welcome you to our school website.

Meadow Farm Community Primary School is a good school where pupils make good progress and achieve well. We are a small school and as such offer a nurturing environment where staff work hard to ensure pupils are safe and happy. We have a warm and caring ethos where pupil behaviour is good and going above and beyond is encouraged. Pupils leave our school as Confident, Caring and Accomplished learners who transition successfully to our secondary feeder school, West Park.

We are a busy, thriving primary school located in Chaddesden, Derby. We are proud of our community identity and have strong links with our Meadow Farm friends and neighbours. We are passionate about working together with others in our community and staff work together to support pupils to become confident community minded individuals who care for each other and show kindness.
